The full window of stronger wind gusts and heavy rain will be 8 AM to 1 PM & specifically 9 AM to noon. The strong wind gusts will develop and move across the state from west to east. Keep your phone on a charger if you can! I’m expecting the rain to be heavy at times all the way through 1 PM. Keep in mind along the shoreline, High tide will come up 1 to 2 feet above usual through this morning!
