Sleepy village of Beddgelert shrouded in myth and legend. It was a beautiful and calm day with three things that made me proud of myself: 1. I felt the need to get out and followed through with it. 2. I made sure to take some lunch out with me and I sat by myself on a bench and just felt calm. 3. I decided to create this reel and post it, which is totally out of my comfort zone. It’s the small things that mean the most and boost your confidence the reward is a great feeling of self pride so take
