One of the best ways to use the seated cable row for the lats is to opt to do the movement unilaterally while hip supported behind the bench. Next question: how strict should your form be? Should you allow your torso to twist or lean forward so you get a deeper stretch, or should you stay super strict? Here are my thoughts. #fyp #fitness #gym #bodybuilding
