Newton's Ring Experiment
The Newton’s Ring experiment demonstrates light interference by creating concentric bright and dark rings, formed by a Plano-convex lens on a glass plate with a thin air film between them. It is used to calculate the wavelength of monochromatic light (sodium lamp) or the radius of curvature of the lens.
