If your ‘My Templates’ app disappeared in New Outlook, it’s not user error. Microsoft has a known issue (EX1255397) where the add-in is temporarily unavailable. ✔️ It may still show in Outlook Web ✔️ It should come back automatically once fixed ✔️ You can re-pin it when it returns Until then… you’re stuck waiting.
