Foie sauté de ma mamie ✨ Ingrédients * 1 kg de foie * 5 gousses d’ail écrasées * Sel * Poivre * Piment d’Espelette * 2 feuilles de laurier * 1 filet d’huile * 2 CS de farine * 1 oignon coupé en rondelles * 1 petite tige de romarin (facultatif) * Environ 10 cl d’eau (½ verre) Préparation 1. Retirer la fine membrane du foie : Cela permet d’avoir un foie plus tendre et agréable en bouche. La membrane devient souvent dure à la cuisson et peut faire “rétracter” le foie. 2. Découper le foie en cubes.
